Exercise

We only get one body so we've got to look after it.
That means exercise, to keep us healthy fit and
strong.

It's not an option. It's essential.

  • Take exercise every day. Without fail
  • Go by bike, or walk. Not by car
  • Raise your heart beat. Get puffed. It's good for you
  • Use stairs, not lifts. Don't be lazy
  • Don't smoke. Don't even start. It's addictive
  • Never take drugs. They can kill you
  • Use your local sports facilities, whenever you can
  • Join a sports club, set a high standard and go for it

Respect your body. You need it.
